Our Dad’s Plate is $65, or make it $70 with 2 x Carlton Dry schooners 🍻

What’s on the plate? 250g rump, half rack of BBQ marinated ribs, 2 lamb sausages, 6 wings (BBQ or Buffalo), 2 rashers of bacon, egg, creamy coleslaw, battered onion rings, chips, Carolina BBQ sauce + your choice of gravy. 🤤

And for something sweet, finish with our White Chocolate Pannacotta for $18 — white chocolate pannacotta, Dairy Milk chocolate mousse, salted caramel, candied nuts & icing sugar. 🍫
