What happens when smoke gets in your Islays – and Speysides and Highlands?

Join Wheaty Jade, Dr Paul and The Odd Wh**ky Coy Big G as we explore some of the many manifestations of Scottish peat, and ask: what is Peat, how does it get into Wh**ky and why might we want it there? Is origin as important as technique in determining flavour and character? Is the PPM arms race finally over or are we yet to hit peak reek?

From Highland to Islay, campfire to medicinal and sprinkling to sledgehammer, join us for a whiff of Wh**ky smoko.

On tasting:

*Wolfburn 7yo Lightly Peated Sherry Bourbon Casks - 58.2%
North Scotland Peat

*Longrow 100 Proof Pinot Noir Cask Finish 25/11 - 57.1%
