New Wine & Dine dishes have landed at Swells ✨
Think grilled salmon paired with steamed mussels, sitting on a saffron & fennel risotto that does exactly what it should, rich, fragrant, and comforting, finished with parmesan.
Or crispy Korean pork belly, crackling that shatters, sweet heat from gochujang, and a cool hit of nashi pear, apple & ginger purée to bring it all back into balance.
If you’re leaning more into comfort, the house-made potato gnocchi is the move, pumpkin, hazelnut, brussels sprouts, beurre noisette, prosciutto, parmesan… it’s the kind of dish you slow down for.
And yes, dessert is non-negotiable: sticky fig & date pudding, warm and gooey with vanilla bean ice cream and toffee sauce. Add a Limoncello if you’re doing it properly.
