Are you all ready for our re-release of our "Little Lost Pod West Coast XPA"?!
This terpene and hop packed extra pale ale is a not to be underestimated. The selection of classic American hops with Cascade and Chinook derived terpenes packs all the punch of a big, bright and bold West Coast IPA, without the excessive hit of IBU's or high alcohol. Delivering you huge notes of floral grapefruit, fresh orange, citrus and just enough dank resin to balance it all out. Make no mistake, this is not a session IPA at 20 IBU, just a fantastic hybrid we like to call West Coast XPA!

Land Ho!....XPA

The "X" stands for extra! Extra pale malts, beefed up mouthfeel of rolled oats and flaked wheat with a healthy dose of hops shine in this modern classic style. Hopped through with an all star line up of Strata, Mosaic and Enigma hops to give bright and clean fruity notes with a refreshingly crisp citrus hit, perfect for the warm days of summer.

Please welcome back our Brut Docked Dry Pale (4.8%)!

We have re-released our hybridized ale now the weather is better. Taking all of our favorite parts of a new school fruity and hoppy pale ale with the crisp dryness that we all know and love traditionally associated with popular dry lagers. We have taken advantage of bright, juicy Simcoe, Strata and Sultana hops and combined them with brut brewing/fermentation techniques to create something truly unique. Light in colour and big on flavor complimented by a approachably refreshing 20IBU

As well as this little treat we are also serving fresh off tap:

A belated "Hoppy New Beer" to you all.

As well as free music tonight From Wrack & Ruin 4pm-7pm tonight (if you miss tonight, never fear, they will be acting as our house band until Monday 12th 4pm-7pm everyday!), we also have fresh on tap our new "Uber Hefe, DDH Hefeweizen"

This isn't just any Hefeweizen (wheat beer), this is Uber Hefe! A classic Bavarian style wheat beer with a cranked up twist. We have double dry hopped with Sultana and Galaxy hops to provide a tropical explosion on one of our brew teams favorite classic styles. Pouring a light straw coloured haze and light banana esters, backed up with a massive double dry hopped hit of pineapple and passion fruit with a rich yet crisp refreshing finish. The missing link between tradition and modern east coast styles.

Guten tag und glückliche Oktoberfest everyone! It's that magical time of year again to celebrate all things beer, especially those of German origins, so dust off your dirndl and crack out your lederhosen.

This year we have four very special beers on tap for you all and well as some yummy food to pair things up with should you wish.

Left to right on our tasting flight we have:

-Killer Pils, a super clean lager that just cannot go wrong with a Bratwurst Hotdog (pic 2)

-Balena Blond Abby Ale, rich yet dry finishing ale with honey notes with our Wiesn Hendl (pic 3)

-Oceaview Draught a tap hero that is actually a Kolsch at heart but never mentioned with a good old classic Laugenbrezel (no pic, sorry)

-Dunkleweizen, a refreshing dark wheat beer to go with a hearty Rindergulasch (pic 4)

Here it is, our newest winter refresher! Simply Named "Dunkleweizen" 4.8%:
Appearances can be deceiving and this wheat beer is no exception. Although dark in colour there are no harsh roasted notes typically associated with dark beers, instead, light balanced banana and clove notes give way to lightly toasted bread and rich caramel aromas supported by the softness of wheat. Despite being rich this ale is also extremely refreshing thanks to its light tartness provided by the yeast. The perfect accompaniment to any crisp and cool day.

Look who is back! Ginger (wh)Ale Ginger Beer is now back in cans and available for takeaway at the Tathra Hotel.

Also, If you find yourself in Perisher this winter season, be sure to chjeck out our beers pouring fresh off tap exclusivly at the Sundeck Hotel, Australias highest hotel.
