Take a bow, Manning River Rowing Club! 👏🚣

The Champions Club table from the 2026 Australian Masters Rowing Championships in Perth has been released, and out of 80 clubs from across the country, Manning River finished in the Top 10 nationally and also as the #1 ranked club in New South Wales! 🏆

You bunch of champions!! 💙💛 🕺🕺

🚣‍♀️ Australian Masters Rowing Championships Wrap-Up 🚣‍♂️

Australian Masters Rowing Championships wrapped up yesterday after four big days of racing in Perth for 13 Manning River masters athletes.

Our crews gave it everything on the water and, against some red hot 🔥 competition from across the country, came away with an outstanding 17 medals — 3 gold 🥇, 9 silver 🥈 and 5 bronze 🥉.

For a regional club, that’s a tremendous result. With 80 clubs competing at the regatta, only 12 clubs finished with more medals overall than Manning River — a fantastic achievement and something the whole club can be proud of.

A huge congratulations to what is a tight-knit team for the effort, commitment and team spirit shown across the week. It’s so great that everyone pitches in to make these regattas a success and genuinely a fun time away. Well done MRRC — you’ve done the Manning proud!

Some great results rolling in from our Masters crews over in Perth at the Australian Masters Rowing🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️

After two days of racing, Manning River has put together a terrific medal haul of 2 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze — a fantastic reward for all the hard work that’s gone in.

A special shoutout to the “Double K’s” — Kaye Smythe and Kaye Pullen — who rowed to a brilliant gold medal in the I–M Double Scull. Awesome effort ladies 👏🥇

Well done to all our crews representing Manning River so strongly on the national stage. More racing to come tomorrow and Saturday! 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♀️

Fresh off a successful campaign at the NSW State Masters Rowing Championships, the Manning River masters have packed up the trailer again and set off for Perth this week for the Australian Masters Rowing Championships, where they’ll go toe-to-toe with the nation’s best across 36 events.

With boats and trailer somewhere out on the Nullarbor about now, we’re wishing all our crews safe travels and fast racing. Hoping that rainbow is a good omen for a big week ahead for Manning! 🌈🚣

🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️ A big congratulations to all the masters athletes from Manning River Rowing Club who made the trip to Sydney over the weekend for the New South Wales Masters Rowing Championships.

In perfect conditions for rowing the standard of competition was incredibly strong, with clubs participating from Brisbane to Melbourne and everything in between.

The Manning crews performed admirably all weekend, bringing home medals across multiple categories and producing some outstanding performances on the water. Overall the club finishing a very respectable 13th out of 42 participating clubs — a terrific achievement and a reflection of some hard work on the water

Well done to everyone who raced, supported, coached and helped make the weekend such a success. A great effort by all involved and plenty to build on heading into the Australian masters championships in Perth next week. 💙🚣
