We are seeking someone to join our wonderful front of house team!

What we offer:
🔥 Great team~ be part of a friendly & supportive team with great skills to learn from & have fun with

Who we are looking for:
☑️ Must be 18yo+ to serve alcohol
☑️ Availability days & evenings on weekends
☑️ Availability evenings Wed-Fri
☑️ Customer service experience desirable, but most importantly a willingness to learn

This is a casual Spring/Summer role to complement our existing team for the peak hospitality season ahead. Ideal for a school leaver or university student. Potential for longer term employment for the right candidate.

If you dine at Char you won’t be told what to eat on a mandatory set menu. Our full restaurant menu is available (including new desserts!) and some delicious Chef specials ~

Entree ~
House Cured Duck Pastrami with fresh Barossa fig, rocket & aged balsamic

Main Course ~
Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon with duchess potato, spinach hollandaise, vine-ripened tomato & asparagus

WE ARE HIRING! 🔥

We are seeking a kitchenhand to join our kitchen team! Availability weekends and reliable transport is a must.

Availability for dinner service Wednesday-Sunday is also important however a more senior position may be available for a kitchenhand with food prep experience with flexible hours Wednesday-Friday during the day.

Food safety qualifications will also be required before handling food.

A willingness to learn and interest in food will benefit you in this role (our last kitchenhand was promoted to apprentice chef)!
