Winter is almost here, and with it comes the comfort food we all love.

This week, Chef Kirri has created a mouth-watering special — “Love Me Tender” Beef Brisket. Marinated in signature Memphis spices and slow-cooked for 12 hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender, this hearty dish is served on a bed of creamy mash with seasonal vegetables and finished with a rich, smoky, sticky sauce. Pure comfort on a plate.

Available from today onwards — why not pop in for lunch or dinner and warm up with this delicious winter favourite.

This is a casual role with up to 20 hours per week available, working alongside our Chef in a busy and friendly kitchen environment.
