New snacks have landed at the Bennelong Bar. Join us at our Bar within the sails for Mooloolaba yellowfin tuna with preserved daikon, seaweed and anchovy oil; a soufflé of twice baked goat's curd and Comté, toasted hazelnuts and watercress; and Wagyu bresaola with Montpellier butter, pickled eschallot and sourdough crostini.
