Starting with a small 35 seat restaurant, The Flying Squirrel Tapas Parlour in Bondi the company has expanded ventures to include The Stuffed Beaver Bondi, Sydney’s first Canadian themed bar, the classy 200 seat New York style Riley St Garage in Woolloomooloo, and most recently Surly’s, an all American BBQ restaurant in Surry Hills.

Dear guests, family & friends,

In response to the growing fears around the spread of COVID-19, we take this opportunity to reassure you – our guests, team members, suppliers and the wider Parlour Group community – of the proactive measures we are seriously undertaking as a business.

Parlour Group Management have been closely monitoring the situation and are staying abreast of the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health and NSW Health.

We will continue to adhere to our strict health and hygiene policies and we will take extra precautions to ensure a safe environment for all our diners and staff.

As a business, we will continue to remain focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience through our three pillars – Service, Product and Atmosphere.

We appreciate and thank you for your understanding and ongoing support during this time. All Parlour Group venues are still trading and please don’t hesitate to contact the venue directly if you have any special booking requests.

Meet our skilled seafood Master... Head Chef of , Ashish Karki. Originally from Kathmandu, Nepal, Ash's foray into cooking was back in 2007 for Toko in Surry Hills, followed by the iconic Flying Fish in Pyrmont. We're lucky he made the move to our Parlour Group shores in 2018 and always love seeing his energy behind the scenes in our flagship kitchen.
