We don't normally make exceptions to our own rules, but our first-ever unmalted rye made a very compelling argument.

The Nose: Opens with evocative notes of aged ci**rs, Sichuan pepper, and musk sticks, before time in the glass unveils a complex layering of baklava, candied nuts, and the scent of an antique workshop.
