Make your own gin at Manly Spirits Gin School 🍸

Choose from dozens of native, exotic and classic botanicals to create your own recipe, then take charge of a mini copper pot still and distil a completely unique 700ml bottle of gin to take home.

Along the way, you’ll enjoy a gin and tonic, a Manly Spirits cocktail and an antipasto platter while our distillers guide you through the process—from choosing your botanicals to bottling, labelling and naming your finished gin.

Regular sessions:

For March we are bringing back our best offer - 2 for 1 Gin School.

Bring a friend, partner, date, or the person who always says “I should make my own gin one day.”

You step into our distillery in Brookvale, grab a welcome G&T, choose your botanicals, run your own mini still, and create a 700ml bottle of gin that is completely yours. While it is distilling we keep you sorted with a cocktail and antipasto.

It is hands on, a bit nerdy, and a lot of fun.

Spots are limited each week so if you have been meaning to do Gin School, this is the month.
