Mike Aylward of Ocean Eight joins us from the Mornington Peninsula to co-host with James Johnston of World W**e Estates.

Discover Mike’s Chablis-inspired Verve Chardonnay, poured by the man who’s been making it since 2004. It’s a w**e that calls for oysters, so we’re pairing it with Sydney Rocks from our friends at East 33.

Handmade Cavatelli with Cannellini Bean & Yumbah Mussels to follow, and Ocean Eight w**es by the glass and bottle on the night.
