A long weekend calls for a proper Sunday Roast. Choose from slow-roasted Angus rump cap or herb-stuffed pork belly with all the trimmings, then make it two courses with dessert for $54.

As for the Claret, today we're pouring Lenton Brae Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon — a classic Margaret River red made for roast lunches and slow Sunday afternoons.
