Look what's back...

The Beef Wellington returns for August. A classic winter showstopper where grass-fed beef fillet is wrapped in a layer of mixed mushrooms, spinach and golden pastry, served with a rich jus. Rounding out the spread is creamy mashed potato, roasted carrots and a fresh leaf salad.
