Dolly is an integral part of our team who is always up for a good laugh whilst making sure every guest is taken good care of.

She has been with us from day dot and helped us build N&T into what it is today with her great energy and commitment.

Her favourite classic cocktail is an Aviation, but ask her about our roulette offer, if she doesn’t get you interested first! 🥃🥳
