What is Wild Kombucha? KOMBUCHA (Kom-boo-cha) has taken its time to make its way to Sydney. Touted for its health benefits, the fermented-tea tonic has been around since 221BC. Back then, in ancient China, Kombucha was referred to as an elixir for immortality. At Ballsy, we can’t promise that, but we can pledge that our Wild Kombucha is made from organic and natural ingredients, and handcrafted in Sydney by the Ball’s - Lara & Matt.
