This International Women’s Day, Mounties Group is proud to celebrate three incredible women whose strength, dedication and stories continue to inspire our community: Kath Whiteley, Rosie Nikolic, and Noelle Bosch.✨
With more than 60 years of service, Kath shared that her journey with Mounties Group “means being part of a community that has grown together,” and that helping create opportunities for women in sport has been one of her greatest privileges.
From the Northern Beaches, Rosie reflected on her late mum as her greatest inspiration, saying she taught her “kindness, generosity, love and strength every day.” Rosie also shared her own courage in changing careers later in life, reminding others that “it’s never too late to start again.”
Representing the Central Coast, Noelle says International Women’s Day is about honouring “the women who inspire, empower and help us show up as our most authentic selves,” and encourages young women to be “fearless in the pursuit of whatever sets your soul on fire.”
Their stories capture the spirit of IWD 2026 and this year’s pledge, , celebrating the power of women who lift one another and their communities.
