Rare Meets Remarkable: Eastside x Paxton Wines🍷🥩

An evening where Eastside Bar & Grill and Paxton Wines brought premium Australian produce and exceptional McLaren Vale w**es together across five carefully paired courses. 👀🍽️

From delicate kingfish sashimi and smoky charred bone marrow, to a side-by-side tasting of Angus hanger steak and Wagyu rump cap, followed by Angus tenderloin and MB9 Wagyu brisket, each course was matched with a Paxton w**e selected to complement every cut and flavour.🤤‼️

Finished, of course, with a curated cheese plate and two final pours. An incredible night celebrating the art of steak and w**e pairing.😏
