Christmas Day at Shutters. Our Coastal Seafood Buffet runs at lunch and again at dinner on Friday 25 December, overlooking Coogee Beach. Queensland tiger prawns and Pambula rock oysters on ice. Glazed ham and slow-roasted turkey with all the trimmings. A dessert table that runs from Christmas pudding to mango pavlova and a selection of cakes.⁠

Lunch seatings at 12:00pm and 2:30pm. Dinner from 6:00pm.⁠
$350 per adult, including a two-hour beverage package. Children 12 and under $180. Under 4 dine free.⁠

One night, one host. On Friday 17 July, Bruce Tyrrell AM joins us at Shutters for a five-course dinner with five w**es from the Hunter Valley. **es⁠

His family has made w**e at Pokolbin since 1858, and he is the custodian of Vat 1 Semillon, one of the great white w**es of the world. For one evening he brings five from the Winemaker's Selection to the coast, each matched to a course from our kitchen.⁠
