Traditional crispy savory pancake, stuffed with school prawns, pork and a medley of vegetables. The name comes from the sound as the batter hits the pan and crisps up to perfection.

Roll up your sleeves. This dish requires you to wrap this crispy delight with the lettuce, herbs, and pickles, then dip into the nuoc mam sauce. It's textured. It's savory, acidic and addictive.

To celebrate International Women's Day this year, we've teamed up Chef Bryan with the illustrious Chef Nina "Teddie" Huynh to reimagine Yum Cha classics in the lens of her Vietnamese heritage.

Over the course of brunch on Sat 8 and Sun 9 March, enjoy a set menu of Yum Cha x Vietnamese classics given a bit of pep for the modern palate.

And the drinks? Think tea service meets the Yum cha dessert cart.

We are using gins made by incredible women and represented by badass women.

$1 from each dish and drink sold, will be donated to the Women's & Girls' Emergency Centre in Redfern.

To celebrate International Women's Day this year, we've teamed up with the illustrious Chef Nina "Teddie" Huynh to reimagine Yum Cha classics in the lens of her Vietnamese heritage.

Expect delicious Tanqueray and Bellicose (an amazing Aussie gin owned by an incredible lady) libations flying across the bar.

Call our chef a DJ but they keep dishing out bangers. This new little dessert number is refreshing and a symphony of texture. Mochi, lychee, watermelon granita, lychee jelly and a bit of lime - it honestly hits the spot in this sticky heat.

This is a Vietnamese rice dish originating in Huế. Aromatic wok tossed clams on top of rice, pork rinds, shrimp paste, chili paste, cucumbers, herbs, green apple, bạc hà stems, and is served with the broth of cooked clams. It is nothing like you've ever tried. Full of flavour and texture.

Hand cut prawn and pork filling with an extra crispy rice wrapper. Wrap it in herbs and leaves and dip in . It's the perfect bite.

Bún thịt bò xào // Beef noodle salad

Next special up for our Tuesday Noodz-Day is the lesser known but common in Vietnam beef noodle salad. Sydney has turned up the weather and our chefs think it's time to bust out this addictive dish. Centred around the marinated and then wok tossed beef, the dish is then layered with veggies, VN herbs, medley of pickles and crunchy toppings. Sauce and stir at the table. You'll be in heaven in no time.
