At CertOne Building Certifiers, we aim to identify and prevent potential non-compliances before they become costly problems.

During a recent site inspection for a proposed new swimming pool, we identified that a retaining wall was returning into the boundary fence.

If constructed within 500mm of the boundary fence, the future pool barrier would have become non-compliant once installed.

By identifying the issue early, we were able to help prevent a compliance problem before construction progressed — saving time, stress, and additional costs down the track.
