RUBICON 🔴 DDH Hazy Double IPA

Rubicon is back and once again hopped to the gills with some of the most potent NZ hops we could get our hands on! Over the top rich with classic NZ thiol forward fruit character. Big stonefruit character layered over pithy mango and citrus with that savoury edge that we always love!

Oozing with decadent chocolate and coconut macaroon flavours this unctuous imperial dessert stout is the perfect companion for sitting by the record player on a dark winter's night. This year's release includes a blend of toasted and un-toasted coconuts for additional complexity.

CONTROL FREAK 👋🏽 CALIFORNIA IPA

This Cali IPA was fermented with a Kolsch yeast strain for a very clean, bright base beer. Dry and moderately bitter with a fun old school/new school hop combo of Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin bringing some pine, dank, savoury and fruity elements all rolled in together.

The second release in our Hazy Pale Expedition Series sees relative newcomer Manilita leading the way, with old faithful Motueka providing solid support from the co-driver's seat. Think stonefruit and tropical character layered over zesty citrus with some subtle floral top notes. As always, hopped like an IPA but easy drinking like a pale ale should be!
