For a main, dig into our Kangaroo Loin and King Prawn. We smoke the kangaroo with botanical herbs, and serve it up with sweet baby beetroot and creamy pumpkin mousse. It's a fantastic combo.

And for a drink, our new Vivid Amour cocktail is a must-try. We've mixed grapefruit gin, Pampelle, Parfait Amour, fresh lemon, and a splash of raspberry cordial. It's the perfect drop.
