Our special this week is the incredible Kangaroo Osso Buco for only $28.

We braise the kangaroo in a deep, rich sofrito sauce until it's fork-tender. Served atop a luxurious garlic potato mash, with a hint of smokiness from charred Padron pepper and the earthy notes of wilted warrigal greens.
