Ho Jiak - Town Hall are looking for 1 full-time and 1 casual bartender.

The venue specialises in amazing Malaysian / Asian fusion food, with an extensive wine and spirits list. They recently just received their first hat, and are looking to expand their chain with more opportunities opening.

You’ll be trained accordingly with weekly training and tasting, to get to know both the food, wine and cocktails that are being served.

Currently they have 4 venues, and for the right person there's opportunity to have your bar / restaurant concept backed by the owners of Ho Jiak, and become a shareholder.

In addition to expanding their bar team - they're also looking for great new team members from back of house chefs, kitchen hands, front of house waitstaff and servers, to management roles.
