森嶋 — MORISHIMA｜ひたち錦 純米吟醸
Ibaraki rice, Ibaraki water, an Ibaraki brewery.
The home game.
Hitachi-Nishiki is grown almost nowhere outside the
prefecture. It gives a drier, tighter sake than the
famous rices — savoury rather than sweet, and it
finishes fast.
This is the one to drink with anything you've put
soy sauce on.

蔵の話
森島酒造は太平洋のすぐそば、茨城・日立に建っています。
海までは目と鼻の先。2011年、蔵は津波を受けました。
立て直したときに生まれたのが「森嶋」です。
杜氏の名前をそのままブランドにしています。
その「森嶋」を、蔵は酒米ごとに造り分けています。
水も設計も同じ。変えているのは米だけ。
だから2本頼めば、残る違いは米だけになります。
