The process behind the T-bone.

Sven takes us through our 800g Black Angus Reserve T-bone from NSW, 400-day grain fed, 28-day dry aged and MB4+. Seared in the Josper charcoal oven for that deep crust, smoke and heat, then sliced for the table.
