GoFundMe Donor Refund Requests

We were emailing GoFundMe about the refunds but they didn’t respond as of now.
As we see more and more people question our honesty about the refunds we decided to do it ourselves.

If you have donated to our GoFundMe campaign and would like to request a refund, please email us at [email protected]

Please forward the original GoFundMe email as proof of donation and include your bank details so we can process your refund.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We launched the GoFundMe campaign with the hope of saving and growing Elixiba, but after much reflection and listening to your feedback, we’ve decided to close the campaign (refund all donations) and bring this chapter to a close.

While this hasn’t turned out as we planned, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us—whether through donations, kind words, or simply sharing our story. Your encouragement has meant more to us than words can express.

Elixiba has been a labor of love, and we’re incredibly proud of the memories we’ve created, the community we’ve fostered, and the values we’ve stood for. This is not the end of our journey, but rather a step forward in finding new ways to bring positive change.

Thank you for being part of our story and for believing in what Elixiba stood for. We hope to see you during our final days as we close this chapter with love and gratitude.
