M.C.B.T.Y stand for ‘My Cocktails (is) Better Than Yours’! Tenders with attitude!!
M.C.B.T.Y Cocktails Competition is based in Melbourne Australia, is to get top bartenders around Melbourne to share and increase the cocktails knowledge and alcohol culture. We believe a great bartender must have skills and great personality, we love to see the interaction between the bartenders and the audience.
This project is a collaboration with Manchuria Bar and Baranows Emporium. Our focus and purpose is :
Wishing to provide more alcohols knowledge and cocktails culture though the competition in Melbourne.
To show more of the art of cocktails making and to set up a role model for younger bartenders or new generation to have more interest and more understanding of the hospitality industry.
To Increase Melbourne hospitality skills and ability to glory for the city, glory for the country.
To provide more entertainment and more laugh in Melbourne City.
Main organisers for this collaboration are:
Jack Lin -Co owner of Manchuria Bar, Owner & operator of Manchuria bar and Full Moon Tattoo studio Mark Deezy, Portfolio Ambassador of Baranows Emporium Joey Tai and Owner & Director of Baranows Emporium Ben Barnaows.
We are so proud and lucky to have a lot of the people from the hospitality industry, fashion industry and multi media industry to help and support for this to project to start, we will continue to ask for your support and we will work very very hard to make this event amazing!
Concept:
The M.C.B.T.Y has selected 30 famous & people favourite bars in melbourne, providing every bar a Golden Ticket to enter the M.C.B.T.Y Cocktail Competition. 6 winners including the Wild Card will be competing at the final.
