Introducing Bar Surreo. Perched above the shores of Sorrento Beach, Bar Surreo is West Coast Drive's first premium seaside bar.
The drinks programme is built on craftsmanship and provenance. A considered collection of cocktails, aperitifs and artisanal spirits champions the makers behind them, moving from impeccably balanced classics to restrained contemporary serves — each guided by seasonality and a quiet sense of theatre.
The wine list is driven by curiosity and a deep respect for the undiscovered, while honouring the producers and domaines that set the benchmark at home and abroad. Drawn from Surreo's 4,000-bottle cellar, the selection ranges from mineral-driven coastal whites to rare back-vintage releases, curated with a sommelier's instinct for both depth and approachability. A rotating draft beer selection sits alongside — pouring local favourites and cult classics with equal reverence.
Bar Surreo is also designed for dining with a dedicated culinary programme which draws on Basque and Roman tradition, offering a menu of refined snacks and more substantial plates.
