I grew up on dairy farms in Tasmania, living in 12 different houses by the age of 14, each one teaching me a lesson in resilience and resourcefulness. I’ve always had a passion for building, from cubby houses as a boy to a career in construction. But it wasn’t just about the physical structures; it was about the feeling—a sense of sanctuary that was often missing in the houses I lived in.

My journey wasn’t always easy. I battled cash flow problems and struggled with dyslexia, but these challenges taught me that purpose isn’t found, it’s chosen.
