Duane will also be raiding the cellar to put together some optional matched wine flights for the evening.

Our winter Mid-Week Special was meant to finish last week, but quite a few of you had other ideas.

So, to help celebrate our first anniversary, it’s been revamped for September - with a fresh menu from Mitch every week.

This week there’s roast capsicum with ricotta and anchovy, then your choice of confit duck & mushroom mafaldine or swordfish in N’duja butter, with sides to share - and a choice of something sweet to finish.

Three courses to share · $59pp
Wednesday & Thursday · minimum two people

A new menu each week, a few BQS favourites along the way, and another very good reason not to cook mid-week.
