Today was our last day with .c.dusk on the pour. Anna has run our little shop, every Saturday for the past two years. She pours a better coffee than me, but tea has always been her happy place. I took this photo last week, to document her place with us. But the truth is, Anna has embedded herself in our hearts more than any photo could show. Anna is a formidable writer and an insightful artist. We stole her from her craft once a week, to work on ours. Love you Anna! xo

To our many friends and beloved customers. It has been an incredibly rewarding and challenging 4 years for us. You’ve seen Dinki grow and evolve into the little filter coffee shop we have all come to know and love. But true to form, we are making some changes. Dinki will be reopening Monday September 4, for one final, beautiful week as a coffee shop. After which we will no longer be open to the public, as we transition into commercial brewing of our delicious cold brew — Batchi.

You’ll notice us making some tweaks to our branding and socials while this occurs. And the best news is you’ll still be able to get your hands on our brew, through various retailers within lutruwita/Tasmania, starting this summer.

Thank you for all of your patronage, engaging conversations, and support. We hope to see many of your smiling faces this coming week, as we celebrate this huge change, and conclude this chapter of Dinki’s story.
