An opportunity to own Larder & Vin 🍷
I shared a note a couple weeks ago about passing Larder & Vin on to someone new. I’ve had some lovely interest and conversations since then, but I’m conscious that this little place deserves the right custodian, so I’m taking a bit of care in finding the right fit.
After two beautiful years building Larder & Vin into what it is today, the time has come for me to pass it on to a passionate new owner.
Larder & Vin has become Richmond’s little wine bar and providore - a place where locals, travellers and wine lovers gather over beautiful bottles, simple food and carefully sourced produce. The brand, the space and the community around it are something I’m incredibly proud of.
As I prepare to spend some time out of Tasmania from mid-year, I’m now looking for the right person (or couple) to take Larder & Vin into its next chapter.
This would be perfect for someone who loves wine, food, people and beautiful spaces - whether that’s a wine lover wanting their own venue, a chef or hospitality operator ready for their first place, or a lifestyle buyer looking for a gorgeous lifestyle small business in the Coal River Valley.
The venue is fully established, beautifully fitted out, and supported by a capable small team who know the business well.
For the right person, it’s a rare chance to take over a loved little venue with enormous heart and plenty of potential to continue growing.
There are also a few interesting opportunities to expand the offering that I’d be happy to share with the right buyer too.
Guide: $150k WIWO
Ideally settled before end of April.
I’m happy to support a smooth transition and work alongside the new owner if helpful.
If you’d like to know more, send me a message or email and I can share the information memorandum.
