The photo quality from the packing is terrible but I have the evidence at last that our next container has been locked and loaded. Four crucial pallets from three of our superstars – left in the original coolstore a year ago by our former carrier – have been joined by another 13 orders to embark on the long journey from France to Melbourne. Costs have blown out thanks to the new carrier electing to half-fill a 40-foot container with pallets rather than handstack a 20-footer, but we just wanted to get it on the water without further delay. An early harvest messed with the collection schedule but we managed to get most of what we wanted, including three orders from Germany.
Due into Melbourne on November 2, we are thrilled to have the following on the way.

Bernard-Bonin (Meursault)
