Let the Bistro handle the food, with barramundi back on the blackboard alongside Pad Kra Pow and Vienna Schnitzel.

Friday brings raffles from 5–7pm, then live music takes us through the weekend:

Some recipes take you straight back home.

For Chef Dani, they’re the dishes she grew up with in Hidalgo, Mexico, learnt from years spent around the table and in the kitchen with her grandmother and parents.

For our next Sunday Table, Dani is bringing those recipes into The Upperhouse kitchen, cooking alongside Executive Chef Wayne Alger and passing on the food and traditions she grew up with.

Served to share at your table, it’s a chance to gather a few people and discover a taste of Hidalgo you won’t find elsewhere in the region.
