Oh my what a night. Id just like to say it was insanely busy tonight and as always my amazing staff went above and beyond. I truley am blessed with the best staff. If my lovely customers didnt know ive been clumping around for the last five weeks in a moonboot after breaking my leg. My staff have been awesome with driving me to work and home. Shopping and running around for the shop and just generally picking up after me when I make a mess. Im pleased to say I only have one more week in the monstrosity and I should be able to drive again and function normally. My staff have kept me going through this time and I truly do appreciate each and every one of you.

Please bare with us tonight. We had one of our gascookers have a malfunction right on teatime and we had to shut it down. It is also exceptionally busy in the shop at the moment as well. The wait time on chips especially will be longer than normal. We ask that you are patient with us as we are all doing the best we can.

Okay so further to yesterdays post we have managed to get quite a few scones made. (Where theres a will theres a way) . With the help of a breakfast bar stool and staff members ive managed to get lots made. So plenty of scones are on the menu again this weekend.

Just to let our wonderful customers know. We may only have a limited number of scones available over the next 6 weeks. It might be wise to ring ahead and order to make sure we have some left before you come in. I had a little accident this morning and found that I dont bounce when I fall in fact I snapped like a glow stick and consequently am in a moonboot and on crutches for approximately 6 weeks. We will do our best to make as many scones as we can each day but as I said the numbers will be limited to what we can get made each day. Sorry for any inconvenience but other than the scones the shop will run as normal thanks to my amazing staff.

Sorry guys our land line is playing up at the moment. We can hear it ringing but we cant answer it as its hanging up as soon as we answer it. We are unsure if its a problem with telstra or just our phones. Please be reassured we are open even if we arent answering the phones.
