We’ve had a few people reach out regarding vouchers purchased prior to 19 December 2025, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
To clarify: Stick Bar changed ownership on 19 December 2025, and unfortunately vouchers purchased before this date were issued by the previous owner and are not redeemable under the current business.
If you purchased a voucher before 19 December 2025, please contact Peak Coffee Group, who managed the venue at that time, to arrange a refund or follow-up directly with them.
We genuinely appreciate your understanding and hope this clears things up.
