Hello Sailor PMQ as a conception, was originally conceived in 2018, two mates discovered an old unused Boat Mechanic shed with a huge outdoor waterfront area on the idyllic Hastings River within The Port Macquarie Marina, with huge potential. The now owners at the time were both on different career path’s but both have a love for event organising, live music, activating unused spaces and celebrating the best of times.
12 months of procrastination until the temptation became to great. Holidaying on different sides of the world, 1 owner overheating in the 40-degree heat and the other freezing in minus 35-degree Canadian temperatures, the button was pressed over drinks on FaceTime. Our passions is Street Food, Cocktails & Craft Beers, but we have been working hard on a beautiful handpicked wines & sparkling’s list also. There will be something for everyone to enjoy in a pretty spectacular waterfront setting. We're open for lunch & dinner Thursday to Sunday. Bookings through our website for groups of 4+ and walk-ups are always welcome.
