FROM OUR OCEAN TO THE WORLD!

Another incredible evening at Hotel Boston, showcasing the very best of what our beautiful Eyre Peninsula has to offer!

It was an absolute pleasure to once again welcome Ben Yuan from Tour South, alongside a wonderful group of content creators visiting on behalf of Singapore Airlines and the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC), giving us the opportunity to showcase the incredible fresh seafood and unique experiences that make the Eyre Peninsula so special.

And what better way to showcase our region than with an incredible selection of fresh, premium local seafood, enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of Boston Bay!

Our guests were treated to an outstanding selection of local seafood, including fresh South Australian crayfish supplied by Lower Yorke Seafood , Western Greenlip Abalone, Dinko Tuna Southern Bluefin Tuna, Yumbah Kingfish and mussels, along with King George Whiting, calamari and Spencer Gulf prawns sourced through The Fresh Fish Place.

From a whole tuna filleting demonstration to beautifully prepared sashimi and an incredible seafood feast, it was an opportunity for our visitors to experience firsthand just how special our region's seafood really is.

There's something pretty extraordinary about enjoying world-class seafood right here, overlooking the very waters it comes from. 💙

A huge thank you to Ben Yuan, our visiting guests and everyone involved in bringing this experience together.

And of course, a special thank you to our wonderful Hotel Boston team, from our talented chefs preparing and presenting the seafood to our front-of-house and bar staff looking after our guests. Experiences like these are a true team effort!

We're incredibly proud to play a part in showcasing the Eyre Peninsula to an international audience and sharing just a little of what makes this part of South Australia so special.

🍷✨ AN EVENING TO REMEMBER | HENTLEY FARM W**E PAIRING ✨🍷

What a sensational evening at Hotel Boston! 🥂

The weather certainly turned it on for us, and when you're lucky enough to have a backdrop like ours, it would be a shame not to make the most of it! Our beautiful waterfront setting was the perfect place to enjoy an evening of exceptional food, incredible w**es and wonderful company.

And the food? Simply next level!

Our talented chefs truly outdid themselves, taking our guests on a culinary journey from delicate Blue Swimmer Crab Cannolo topped with caviar, to beautifully prepared Quail Farcie, melt-in-your-mouth Eye Fillet, and finishing with divine Maffra Cheese accompanied by vanilla-infused local honey. Every course was something special!

Of course, the evening wouldn't have been complete without the outstanding w**es from Hentley Farm.
From the debut release of their Beauty & the Beast Shiraz to the stunning Mt Crawford Riesling, recognised in Halliday's Top 100 W**es, each pairing was a beautiful showcase of what makes these w**es so special.

A very special thank you to Nicholas Goss from Hentley Farm and Robert Turelli from Oatley W**es for making the trip down to Port Lincoln to join us for the evening. We truly appreciate the time, knowledge and passion you brought to the table, showcasing these exceptional w**es and sharing the stories behind them. It was an absolute pleasure having you both with us!

Beyond the food and w**e, it was the atmosphere that really made the night. Guests mingling, sharing stories, enjoying a laugh and making new connections, all while overlooking our beautiful Boston Bay.

And a special mention to our very own Fletcher, whose acoustic tunes created the perfect atmosphere throughout the evening.
One very talented young man who certainly knows how to set the right vibe!

A huge thank you to our entire Hotel Boston team for the incredible effort that went into making this evening so special. From our talented chefs creating an exceptional dining experience to our amazing bar and waitstaff delivering outstanding service throughout the night, every member of our team played a part in bringing it all together.
