There’s a lot happening at Pomona Distilling Co, and we’re looking for great chefs to join the team as we continue to grow.
From smoke and live fire to restaurant dining, functions, events and production, we have a diverse range of kitchens and food concepts — meaning no two days necessarily look the same.
Our operation includes:
🔥 Pomona Smokehouse — BBQ, smoking & live-fire cooking
🥃 Distillery Restaurant — contemporary dining & hospitality
🛒 Pomona Providore — smoked products, takeaway & food production
🥂 Barrel House — weddings, functions & large-scale events
🥃 Cask — our speakeasy bar & restaurant
🚐 Off-site Catering — including events at our sister venue in Brisbane
We’re looking for chefs across the board — from apprentices and junior chefs through to experienced CDPs, sous chefs and kitchen leaders.
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who care about what they do, enjoy working as part of a team and want to continue developing their craft.
With the scale and variety of the group, there are genuine opportunities to learn different styles of cooking, move between concepts, take on responsibility and build a long-term career with us.
