Fresh local oysters are back on the grid! 🦪✨

​We’ve just landed a fresh batch straight from the local farm today, shucked to order right here at Six Beaches. Farm-to-table doesn’t get much quicker—or fresher—than this.

​Local oysters are notoriously hard to come by right now at the start of the season, making us one of the very few spots on the island serving them up fresh today.

​Pair them with a cold drink, take in the view, and grab them before today's batch runs out! 🥂☀️

​He is one of the great masterminds behind the creativity that goes into every delicious plate of food here 😋
​So whilst he's usually hidden away, just know he's an extremely important part of your culinary experience 🙌
