A proud Filipina with more than six years of hospitality experience, Mary brings passion, creativity and leadership to our kitchen every day. She loves creating memorable dining experiences, leading her team and ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen is something she's proud of.

Known for staying calm under pressure and keeping the kitchen running smoothly, Mary has an incredible eye for detail and a genuine passion for quality. Whether she's developing new dishes, mentoring her team or perfecting the little touches, her dedication shines through in everything she does.

We're lucky to have Mary leading our kitchen and helping make Oyster Bar a place where great food, great service and great people come together. ❤️
