3 x DUTY MANAGERS WANTED — JOIN THE PHAT BREWERY CREW
Calling all hospitality guns, craft b**r lovers and big personalities.
Phat Brew Club is looking for three experienced Duty Managers to join our Venue Experience Teams:
📍 Hillarys — 2 x Duty Managers
📍 West Perth — 1 x Duty Manager
We’re looking for confident, switched-on hospitality people who know how to run a great shift, lead from the front and create the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative crew across two of Perth’s best brewery venues, with plenty happening as we head into the warmer months.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous hospitality and supervisory/management experience
• Confident leading a team and running busy services
• Great customer service and strong communication skills
• Reliable, organised and comfortable making decisions on the floor
• A genuine interest in craft b**r, food and hospitality
• A positive personality who adds to the energy of the venue
• Availability across nights and weekends
• Current RSA and Approved Manager certification, or ability to obtain it
You don’t need to be a b**r expert — we’ll give you all the product training you need. But if outrageous flavours, great b**r and creating good times sound like your thing, you’ll fit right in.
THE GIG
Casual Duty Manager positions, starting ASAP, with HIGA Award rates and applicable weekend and public holiday penalties.
🍺 Hillarys: Our waterfront venue on the boardwalk at Hillarys Boat Harbour
🍺 West Perth: Our original brewery and b**r hall in the heart of West Perth
