Smoked habanero n cheese superdogs

Smoked Lamb loin chops, pork and apple cider and chilli n cheese snags with honey glazed carrots.

Bacon, egg n cheese muffin.

Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Brined and smoked chicken breast.

Something a bit different I whipped up the other day.
I ground up some Cheetos cheese n bacon balls, Flamin hot cheetos and Nacho cheese Doritos to coat the chicken.
Soaked the chicken in butter milk for around 5 hours then coated liberally.
Smoked in the Weber Kettle with apple wood.
Turned out pretty good and loved the zing from the flamin hot cheetos coating😋

Damn I love rotisserie chicken!! Cooked this on the Weber last week.
Stuffed a whole lemon and onion up it’s butt and the flavour came through the meat perfectly!😋
