Our team of committed wine drinkers including Ed Wolkowinski, Pavel Ribaudo and Amanda Cooper are offering all of our 100 wines by the glass, carafe and bottle. This is made possible by our exclusive use of the Coravin wine preservation system - which ensures that every wine is kept as fresh as the day the first glass was accessed, a rarity of which we are extremely proud. We call it the #100winepour and it is indeed awesome. At the moment we are pouring 103 wines, but who’s counting? Better still, all wines are also available take away at retail prices.
In the kitchen, our talented team headed by Matt Carulei and Matt Loader have put together a simple yet elegant all day menu of locally focused snacks and small and large plates, specifically designed to complement our extensive liquid offerings. The menu has been structured so you have the ability to have a light bite, share with a group or enjoy the more traditional dining format of entree, main and dessert.
Essentially we are offering choice. Loads of it. The ability to have all these wines open by the glass is as useful as it is exciting. Not only does it allow you to try some top end and intriguing kit without the whole bottle outlay but it also solves that “I want white / I want red” problem. Why not have a carafe of both?
We have a commitment to give exemplary service and deliver flawlessly cooked, simply delicious food to be enjoyed with a glass or bottle of wine from our carefully curated list. All of this in a stunning venue that is an exquisite combination of traditional design teamed with a modern ethos.
