Clear, crisp and almost too pretty to drink. The Harvest Blues Martini brings together Diplomático Planas, agave + rhubarb bitters for a beautifully balanced sip.

Here for a limited time only. Make tracks to Fat Controller this weekend 🚂

A new cocktail line-up has pulled into Fat Controller 🚂

We’ve partnered with Brown Forman for their global ELEVATE campaign, bringing Diplomático Planas, Diplomático Reserva and Gentleman Jack along for the ride.

From the Harvest Blues Martini with agave and rhubarb to the bright and citrusy Tennessee Skies, six limited-edition cocktails are waiting to be discovered somewhere inside Stories Pourhouse...

Next stop: trying them all! Available now until the end of the year.

Behind the hidden door you’ll find a menu that tips its hat to the classics while pushing into bold, contemporary flavour. We’re shaking, stirring + pouring Weds - Sat, the only question is: who’s joining you?

Fresh tropical flavours, wrapped in a little winter warmth🔥🍍
Our Locomotive Luau brings together Plantation Pineapple Rum, Yellow Chartreuse, pineapple, warming spice and plum for a cocktail that's made for the cooler nights.

Find our hidden doorway and climb aboard for a cocktail from tonight through Saturday.

Our Platform Party Spritz. A bright blend of gin, French Pavan liqueur, St-Germain and watermelon, topped with prosecco for a sparkling finish. It's light, refreshing and exactly the kind of passenger you want joining the party!

Agave Agenda has entered the speakeasy… 🍸🔥

Discover our official entry in the Australian Hotels Association (WA)'s Best Cocktail Competition – in which we now need your vote to help take it all the way.

Crafted by Fat Controller Bar Manager, Tristram Marriott - Agave Agenda is a bold, clarified cocktail layered with brown butter fat-washed Don Julio Tequila Blanco, spiced agave (cardamom + ginger) and a hit of grapefruit.

Rich. Bright. A little bit dangerous...

Scan the QR code in venue or hit the link below to vote and help get us to the finals!
