I just wanted to genuinely say thank you to every Hamptons fan, Fiona fan for supporting us and her wonderful team for helping Fiona put the food out to Perth that she always wanted to share
When I first built Hamptons I had no idea how far this would go, I just wanted people to see what I saw in this wonderful woman
Watching so many of you embrace Fiona for exactly who she is means more to me then I can express in words
For me, she is my wife and have known her for 27 years so seeing thousands of people appreciate her for her knowledge, and everything she has dedicated her life to is something I’ll never take for granted
This closing week also closes this chapter in our lives, with new owners taking over next week
It has been 10 years for Fiona serving up her best here in City Beach
We wish the new team all the best for the future of Hamptons
With out you The Customer, this would have not been possible and thank you for your custom
Most importantly with out our wonderful staff currently and in the past you were all part of it and have made many memories for us, you have created a real community around Hamptons
