Tonight we have the splendid jazz guitarist Vincent Choy featuring on Live at the Bungalow. Near completion of his Bachelor of Music at WAAPA, Vincent has already left a strong impression on the Perth Jazz Scene. This will be a fiery and joyous performance.

He'll be playing:
1. Spain (Chick Corea)
2. 500 Miles High (Chick Corea)
3. Emily (Johnny Mandel, Johnny Mercer)
4. Bright Size Life (Pat Metheny)
5. Caravan (Juan Tizol, Duke Ellington)

Playing with Vincent is:

Benjamin Anderson - bass
William Chiew - drums

We will be commencing the livestream at 7pm.

Tonight from 7pm, the one and only Ben Bulla will be coming into the Bungalow to play some tunes for you.

Ben Bulla is a singer/songwriter hailing from Mount Helena. With a diverse range of influences and mentors, Ben's musicianship is unique and captivating, developed through both formal study and worldly experience.

Winner of the Robert Juniper Award for the Arts 2022, Ben is set to attend an intensive workshop at the Brazilian Guitar Academy in Sao Paulo, Brazil later this year.

This live stream will feature Ben in an intimate loungeroom concert:

The Bungalow welcomes to do a set of music for your listening pleasure.

Mishy Athif is a singer-songwriter from the Maldives Islands who lives in Perth, Western Australia. Her music is best described as dreamy melodies sung in a baroque-pop style with emotionally driven lyrics that focus on exploring esoteric concepts and psychological themes through the relatable and humbling lens that is the human experience. Her musical influences include Singer-songwriters, Old-school Jazz & Indie Art Pop, & include artists like Damien Rice, Ella Fitzgerald, Lana Del Ray, Fiona Apple & more. Mishy moved to Perth in 2016 to recuperate after a long and rewarding adolescent era of music in the Maldives, fuelled by two “anthem” hits, the first of which she performed at age 14. Both songs were performed live in the Maldivian language “Dhivehi” & still continue to remain popular in the Maldives.
