So our head chef Dan has ditched us for a month and taken off on holiday to the US for the world cup. To soften the blow caused by his absence, he left us all with a new menu to hook into while he was away. We miss him obviously, but with a menu like this keeping us busy, we're slowly getting comfortable with it.⁠

WA barramundi, pandan beurre blanc, pickled daikon, herb oil.⁠

Not quite the Lava Lamp that you had on your bedside table as a teenager but we’re willing to bet our one is a tad tastier!

This spicy little number is a mix of tequila, mezcal, lime juice, roasted nectarines, basil and a lil bitta spice from a blend of Mexican chillies.

Fruity, spicy and dangerously moreish!
