Our literal favourite - curated with our house-made Malteser reduction, paired with vodka, coffee liqueur, .coffee signature cold brew and obviously.

The standard margarita, curated CBV style, with a kick of chilli and tart pineapple puree. Using , , house-made pineapple puree, lime juice and jalapeños.

Ever wondered how to encapsulate a day on a tropical island into a cocktail? This is it. Using coconut rum, amaretto, house-made lychee syrup, pineapple juice and lime.

WHISKEY SOUR 🍒
Spirit-forward, Smokey, silky mouthfeel, especially using upshot whiskey! Paired with aquafaba, lemon and orange bitters, *chef’s kiss*.
